DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate the beginning of a new theatre season with YOU at the center! Singers from the community are invited to participate with short solos and full group singalongs. Musical Collaborator extraordinaire Lincoln Wright will be at the historic Steinway piano\, leading the way\, alongside TBI’s leaders Amie Bjorklund & Brenda Foley as we toast the “new year” and raise the voices of our community. \nTo participate as a soloist\, bring sheet music – no longer than 2 minutes\, please. Sign up available at the door\, first come\, first served (we may run out of time). From tragic heroes to mischievous lovers\, this is Shakespeare as it was meant to be: bold\, alive\, and deeply human. \nFeaturing: \n\n Professional actors from across the state\n Arizona Actors Academy’s most exciting emerging talent\n Passion\, poetry\, performance\, and spontaneous moments of magic\n\nAnd… you can participate! Starting at 7:00\, we will host a 30-minute open mic for the community. Bring your favorite bard (or other) snippets to share.
